Placement Options

DAL continues to make advances to the collection process so that it is easier for you and your team to place accounts for collection; as a result we have simplified the placement process for you as well.

Individual Claims: To place an individual claim, click here. You can attach all documentation for a truly paperless transmission. Better yet, log-in to the DAL Client Service Center for your information to be auto-filled.
Bulk Placements: To place bulk accounts, download the DAL Excel Template and email to dal@dalcollects.com.
To place accounts via email: Download the fill-able PDF version of the DAL Placement Form and email to dal@dalcollects.com
Auto-Place Options: DAL has several partnerships that allow for Auto-Place options within your environment. This can save you and your company valuable time and money. View the DAL Snapshot on the Calculated Dollar Value and Advantages of Auto-Place, and ask your DAL Account Manager for more details.
